一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息(How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information)

1. 收集信息类型(Types of Information Collected)

(1)必要信息(用于基础服务)(Necessary Information [for Basic Services])
  • 设备信息(Device Information):设备型号(Device model)、操作系统版本(Operating system version)、唯一设备标识符(如IMEI/Android ID)(Unique device identifiers such as IMEI/Android ID);
  • 位置信息(Location Information):仅在使用导览功能时获取GPS/基站定位(精确到米级)(GPS/cell tower positioning [accurate to meter-level] obtained only when using the guided tour function);
  • 使用日志(Usage Logs):App启动时间(App launch time)、功能使用频率(匿名化处理,不含个人身份信息)(Feature usage frequency, anonymized with no personally identifiable information)。
(2)可选信息(用于优化体验)(Optional Information [for Enhanced Experience])
  • 用户主动填写的性别、年龄(非强制)(Gender and age proactively provided by users, non-mandatory);
  • 用户上传的自定义路线、语音评论(需单独授权)(Custom routes and voice comments uploaded by users, requiring separate authorization)。
(3)服务范围说明(Service Scope Description)
  • 核心功能(Core Functions):提供景区/博物馆等场所的实时导航(real-time navigation for scenic spots/museums)、语音/文字导览(audio/text guided tours)、AR实景增强(AR scene enhancement)、多语言翻译(multilingual translation)、用户评价及互动问答服务(user reviews and interactive Q&A services)。
  • 附加服务(Additional Services):付费订阅用户可享受离线地图包(offline map packages)、专属路线规划(exclusive route planning)、优先客服支持(priority customer support)等服务(详见《订阅服务协议》)(see Subscription Service Agreement for details)。
  • 除外责任(Exclusions of Liability):
    • 不提供非合作场所的导览服务(如私人区域、未授权景区)(No guided tour services for non-cooperative venues such as private areas and unauthorized scenic spots);
    • 不保证导览信息的绝对准确性(如历史年代、距离误差等)(No guarantee of absolute accuracy of guided tour information, such as errors in historical timelines or distances)。

2. 使用目的(Purposes of Use)

  • 提供景区导航、语音讲解、路线规划等核心功能(Provide core functions such as scenic spot navigation, audio explanations, and route planning);
  • 优化App性能及个性化推荐(如根据游览历史推送相似景点)(Optimize App performance and personalized recommendations, e.g., pushing similar attractions based on visit history);
  • 保障服务安全(如识别异常登录行为)(Ensure service security, e.g., identifying abnormal login activities)。

3. 第三方共享(Third-Party Sharing)

(1)必要场景(Necessary Scenarios)
  • 地图API供应商(如高德地图):仅共享位置坐标,用于路径规划(Map API providers such as Amap: only share location coordinates for route planning);
  • 支付服务商(如支付宝):仅共享订单号及金额,不可关联个人身份(Payment service providers such as Alipay: only share order numbers and amounts, with no link to personal identity)。
(2)禁止场景(Prohibited Scenarios)
  • 不向广告平台、数据分析公司共享用户数据(No sharing of user data with advertising platforms or data analysis companies);
  • 不利用数据训练AI模型或进行自动化决策(No use of data for AI model training or automated decision-making)。

二、我们如何存储和保护您的数据(How We Store and Protect Your Data)

1. 存储地点(Storage Location)

所有数据存储于中国境内服务器,未经用户单独同意不向境外传输(All data is stored on servers within the People’s Republic of China; no cross-border transmission without the user’s separate consent)。

2. 存储期限(Storage Period)

  • 账户信息(Account Information):保留至用户主动注销账户后60日(Retained for 60 days after the user actively cancels the account);
  • 使用日志(Usage Logs):匿名化后保留180日(Retained for 180 days after anonymization);
  • 法律要求(Legal Requirements):配合司法/行政机关查询时,按法定程序提供并留存记录(Provide and retain records in accordance with legal procedures when cooperating with judicial/administrative inquiries)。

3. 安全措施(Security Measures)

  • 传输加密(Transmission Encryption):HTTPS协议全程加密,防止中间人攻击(End-to-end encryption via HTTPS protocol to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks);
  • 存储加密(Storage Encryption):敏感数据采用AES-256算法加密存储(Sensitive data encrypted and stored using AES-256 algorithm);
  • 访问控制(Access Control):
    • 数据库权限分级管理(仅限运维及客服团队按需访问)(Hierarchical database permission management, accessible only to operation and customer service teams on a need-to-know basis);
    • 每月审计异常访问行为(如非工作时间批量下载)(Monthly audit of abnormal access activities, e.g., bulk downloads during non-working hours)。

三、您的权利与控制(Your Rights and Control)

1. 访问与更正(Access and Correction)

  • 登录账户后,可随时查看/修改个人信息(路径:App设置→账户管理)(After logging into the account, you can view/modify personal information at any time [path: App Settings → Account Management]);
  • 若发现信息错误,可提交工单申请修正(处理时效≤3个工作日)(If information errors are found, you can submit a work order to request correction [processing time ≤ 3 business days])。

2. 删除与退出(Deletion and Opt-Out)

  • 账户注销(Account Cancellation):通过App内“账户注销”功能一键提交申请,审核通过后60日内删除全量数据(Submit a one-click application via the "Account Cancellation" function in the App; all data will be deleted within 60 days after approval);
  • 撤回同意(Withdraw Consent):在设备设置中关闭位置权限或卸载App,将停止数据收集(Disable location permissions in device settings or uninstall the App to stop data collection)。

3. 匿名化处理(Anonymization)

用户可选择开启“隐私模式”,关闭位置追踪及个性化推荐(功能入口:设置→隐私设置)(Users can choose to enable "Privacy Mode" to disable location tracking and personalized recommendations [entry: Settings → Privacy Settings])。

四、未成年人保护(Protection of Minors)

1. 年龄限制(Age Restriction)

未满14周岁的用户需监护人同意注册,App内强制弹出《未成年人使用须知》(Users under 14 years old require guardian consent to register; the Minor Usage Notice will pop up mandatorily in the App);

2. 数据收集限制(Data Collection Restrictions)

禁止收集未成年人生物识别信息(如人脸、声纹)(Collection of minors’ biometric information such as facial recognition data and voiceprints is prohibited)。

3. 监护人权利(Guardians’ Rights)

监护人可通过客服邮箱(privacy@xiaoxiaxia.com)申请查询、删除未成年人数据(Guardians can apply to query or delete minors’ data via the customer service email: privacy@xiaoxiaxia.com)。

五、自动化决策与用户画像(Automated Decision-Making and User Profiling)

1. 禁用场景(Prohibited Scenarios)

  • 不基于用户数据生成消费能力、信用评分等敏感画像(No generation of sensitive profiles such as consumption capacity or credit scores based on user data);
  • 不通过自动化决策限制用户服务权限(如强制扣费)(No restriction of user service rights via automated decision-making, e.g., forced deductions)。

2. 有限使用(Limited Usage)

仅通过匿名化数据统计用户行为趋势(如热门景点访问量),不关联个人身份(Only use anonymized data to count user behavior trends, e.g., visit volume of popular scenic spots, with no link to personal identity)。

六、隐私政策更新(Updates to the Privacy Policy)

1. 修订通知(Revision Notifications)

  • 重大变更(如新增第三方共享)时,通过App弹窗及短信通知用户,用户需点击确认同意(For material changes such as adding new third-party sharing, notify users via App pop-ups and SMS; users must click to confirm consent);
  • 非重大变更通过App内公告展示,用户继续使用即视为同意(Non-material changes are displayed via in-App announcements; continued use by users is deemed consent)。

2. 政策查询(Policy Inquiry)

最新版本可通过App“关于我们”页面或官网获取(The latest version is available via the "About Us" page in the App or the official website)。

  • 隐私问题反馈(Privacy Feedback):发送邮件至 huyuan_0620@qq.com(回复时效≤5个工作日)(Send an email to huyuan_0620@qq.com [response time ≤ 5 business days]);
  • 投诉渠道(Complaint Channel):通过国家网信办违法和不良信息举报中心提交(Submit via the Illegal and Harmful Information Reporting Center of the National Internet Information Office)。
